Representative principal duties and responsibilities
The Software Training Specialist will provide trainings to our entire sales force and to some extend to some Strategic Accounts.

He will prepare clear and concise written communications and make oral presentations; research business requirements and technical documentation to respond to sellers questions and solve problems.
The ideal candidate would possess the ability to communicate technical information and functional complexities to users in non-technical, clear terms; must be able to adapt to running changes in the software application.
This position requires strong organization and public speaking skills as well as the ability to effectively engage and interact with a professional audience. Must work independently and as a team member and establish cooperative working relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
The Trainer will collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Care, Technical Support and Sales to stay abreast of products functionality and ensure training materials reflect same.
The Software Trainer reports directly to the Sales Coach and Training Manager. |
Requisitos | Estudios mínimos: | Ingeniero Superior | | Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años | | Requisitos mínimos: | - Academicals level: technical engineering or equivalent
- Spanish, English and another European language wil be a must
-2 years of relevant working experience; with 1 year (minimum) handling tech/training support duties at software companies or at internal departments of big companies.
- Must present materials quickly and efficiently and at an appropriate level for those being trained
-2 years experience at least in a software development / IT environment
-Experience in effectively training web-enabled software applications will be well valued
-Knowledge of internet, and associated web technologies
-Familiarity with Remote Support solutions is a plus-Technology certification desirable
- Basic knowledge of web programming languages: html, javascript, php, flash, xml, asp
- Experience configuring IIS servers.
