REMOTE DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER



Responsibilities:



 Answers incoming calls and identifies the nature of problems in an expeditious manner while demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency to the internal business customer.

• Conducts first-level problem diagnosis and determines the most effective and standard method of restoring service using predefined cases.

• Remotely troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolutions.

• Achieves first-call resolution when possible or notifies and transfers problems to the appropriate internal or vendor revolver groups.

• Trade support

• Provide users with remote systems support on distributed applications and systems.
