We are looking for Customer Service Agents and Help Desk professionals interested in developing their careers in a European Telecom environment. Our client is building up a European Customer Center to provide first line help and support for many of their clients who use the companys fibre network, sophisticated network solutions and IP technology.
We require:
- Spanish, Belgium, Italian, Danish, French, German, British, Swiss, Portuguese and Sweden native speakers. Proficient level of English is a must.
- Commercial orientation and flexibility in terms of working hours.
- Computer literacy, including experience in spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail.

Requisitos minimos:
Native speaker in one of those languages.
Degree certification or 3 years experience in Customer Service roles.
