Hola, alquilo una habitación en un piso totalmente nuevo y rehabilitado al lado del MACBA, en pleno centro de Barcelona. Lo hago solo durante el mes de marzo pues me encuentro de viaje.
El piso tiene: wi-fi, parket, aire acondicionado y calefacción, cocina equipada (lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, vitro., nevera...), un salón grande con TV plasma de 40' y dvd, dos baños, un cuarto/vestidor y balcón. Además se trata de un 4º piso real con mucha luz en una escalera tranquila. Tiene unos 75m2.
La habitación en alquiler tiene unos 16m2, cama de matrimonio, escritorio y balcón. No necesitas armario porque compartimos el cuarto/vestidor. Además tendrás tu propio baño privado.
Vivirías con una chica.
El cuarto cuesta 450€ normalmente y no incluye facturas, pero en este caso lo dejo por 350€ todo incluido puesto que es para algo provisional.
Si estás de paso es un chollo, la verdad. Puedes venir a visitar cuando quieras.

Hi, I'm renting a room in a completely renovated apartment next to MACBA, downtown Barcelona at less than 5 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya. Only for March, as I'm travelling during this month (in fact, you could get in Tuesday the 26th of February).
The apartment has: WI-FI, parkett, air-conditioning and central heating, fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge...), a big livingroom with 42 inch plasma TV and dvd, two bathrooms, a wardrobe room and balcony. It's a well illuminated 4th floor in a quiet community. It has around 75 sq.mts.
Your room has around 16 sq.mts. with a double bed, a desk and a balcony. You don't need a wardrobe as we share a room for that. Also, you have your own private bathroom within the room.
You would live only with a girl.
The room usually costs 450€ not including bills, but considering this is an special occasion i leave it for 350€, all included.
If you are only staying in the city for a while it's a bargain. Come visit anytime.
