| The floor is in Sant Cugat del Valles, which is 18 minutes from Barcelona (Plaza Catalunya) by Metro, the trains passes every 4 minutes during the week and approx 10 minutes the weekends. The station is less than 10 minutes walking from the apartment. If you´ve been looking a room for a long time and are tired to see small super rooms that they seem mousy, in dark and disordered floors; which I know clearly what means - since also I have passed for that – and you are clean and tidy person probably u can be interested in the room. The room furnished is very luminous, since it has a window whom it gives to the garden, also has big closets. The floor is totally equipped; TV, dvd, home cinema, telephone, microwaves, washmachine, internet wi-fi 6MB, etc. It has a pretty kitchen also absolutely equipped, laundry, covered patio (you can leave your bicycle), ample dining room, two baths, three rooms and an ample garden. The garden exclusively belongs to the floor - IS NOT COMMUNITARIAN – and is compound of two areas; one of them is furnished with table and chairs (for barbecues, suppers, lunch, to study outdoors, etc), the other is for more calm activities - to read, to rest, etc - count on small deck of wood with armchair, cushions... and a small artificial water place with aquatic plants and fishes. We looked for calm and clean people - calm it doen´t mean that people cannot be invited to have supper, some party/meeting, barbecue, etc; but is very important for us the cleaning, the order and the respect for the others. At the moment in the floor we are two, a girl (works) and I (I study and work), we are looking for young people, preferedly students or workers. The floor is in a calm zone of houses and low buildings, although the center of Sant Cugat (bars, cinemas, commerce, monastery, etc) is less than 5 minutes walking; and if you are student the UAB of Terrassa is two stations from here and the ETSAV is 10 minutes walking.
