Large, bright double bedroom to rent on a daily basis in beautiful Barcelona apartment. Situated 5 minute walk from the beach and a 2 min walk from the ´Marina´ subway stop, this 70m2 apartment comes fully equipped with TV, DVD, Washing Machine, WIFI/Internet 24hour ADSL, Permanent Hot Water, Seperate bathroom with bath/shower, fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances. Your room comes prepared with a full set of towels and bedsheets as well as a large double bed with two pillows and ample wardrobe space.
We are renting this spacious double bedroom on a nightly basis to either one or two people sharing. One person pays eur40,00 per night and a couple pays eur50,00 per night. This price is fully inclusive of water, electricity, internet etc etc. We will need a fotocopy of your passport as well as a eur200,00 cash deposit upon arrival. In return you will receive a full set of keys for the apartment. The deposit will be returned in cash upon departure. The entire rental amount plus the deposit must be paid in cash ( euros only ) upon arrival.
You will be sharing the apartment with two young spanish speaking people who also speak perfect english and you will be expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
