Anuncio :Hola, somos dos diseñadoras de 23 y 24 años de Barcelona. Estamos en un piso de 90m2 en el centro de Barcelona. Tenemos una habitación disponible que alquilamos por 350€ (gastos incluidos).
La habitación está amueblada con una cama individual, una mesita de noche con lamparita, una mesa con su silla y unas cajoneras. Es interior, pero es espaciosa, con suelo modernista y techos altos.
Estamos interesadas en alguien que se quede como máximo hasta agosto.
Las desventajas: fumamos y no tenemos internet. Aunque internet, suponemos, estará al caer.
Somo amables, poco maniáticas y de facil convivencia! Buscamos a alguien que tenga, por lo menos, esas tres características!

Hi, we’re two 23 and 24 year old graphic designers (girls) from Barcelona, living in a 90m2 flat in the center of Barcelona. We have a room we’re renting out for 350€, expenses included.
The room is furnished with a single bed, a bed side table and lamp, a desk and chair and cuboards. It’s a bit dark, the window gives onto a patio shared with another building. But it’s quite big (about 10m2), with nice, modernist floors and high ceilings.
The flat is pretty, very well connected to metro, buses, trains and ferrocarriles. It’s 2 minutes away from Plaza Catalunya, and about 40 seconds away from the MACBA!
We’re interested in renting it out to students or people staying here for a few months, maximum till july or august.
Here’s the bad news: we smoke and we don’t have internet. Someday we will, though! I’m afraid we haven’t talked about quitting smoking yet…
