The room of the second plant is rented. It has 30 square meters, with a small office and an outer terrace. It is very independent of the rest of the house.
It's to 15 minutes of Catalonia Seat. Public transport: L3 (Vallcarca) meter; buses 22, 27, 28, 87, 92.
